  This store picks and chooses their customers! If you are not upgrading or buying anything, you will experience a VERY LONG wait regardless of what time you came in! Their Samsung guy was more helpful in 5 min than the WHOLE staff was in the hour and a half that i waited. Absolutely unacceptable! I hope SPRINT is taking these reviews seriously, every review about this store is below 2 stars.

  THIS STORE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!! I would have given zero stars if I could. The Sales Reps. are all very rude and they seem to all hide and act like they're busy whenever a customer walks in, instead of welcoming them in or trying to help them. The last time I was in this store I asked if I could get help resetting my online account, the girl gave me a blank stare and proceeded to tell me she couldn't help me because she didn't know how to do it. I WOULD HONESTLY MUCH RATHER DRIVE A LONGER DISTANCE AND GO TO A DIFFERENT SPRINT STORE THAT WILL BE OF MORE HELP!!
